For registered NDIS providers
Fill Your Rosters With In-Home Respite Enquiries
We connect families, carers and support coordinators with registered NDIS providers who send support workers into the home. Enquiries come with the participant's age, the shifts wanted, how often, the funding and how it's managed, any care that needs trained staff, the postcode and the start date, so you can tell quickly whether you can staff it.
How It Works for Providers
- Each enquiry says who the respite is for and their age, daytime, evening, sleepover or awake overnight, how often, the funding status and plan management, any high intensity or behaviour support needs, the postcode and the timeframe
- Each enquiry goes to one provider at a time, never to a group
- You only get enquiries for the areas and shift types you can staff, while you have capacity
- You pay per introduction. We'll take you through pricing when we talk
We only work with providers registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. See how we choose providers.
Pricing and Claiming
The NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27 sets the maximum prices for in-home support, including the night-time sleepover. Our page on NDIS respite rates is the plain-English version families read, and the NDIA's pricing arrangements page has the current schedules and claiming guidance.
